Noosa Springs Golf Course sells for $15M

Noosa Springs golf course recently sold to a Hong Kong developer who reportedly paid $15 million, for the 18 hole golf course and prestige residential development in Queensland.

The developer, Golden Horse, has aquired the golf course, club house and associated businesses plus 23 vacant residential lots in the 103 hectare community.
Golden Horse entered into a contract to purchase back in July from the Starkey family, namely Alan and Phil Starkey.

We understand the buyers intend on expanding the resort development internationally having allready made investments in Singapore, Japan and Thailand.

Golden Horse is no stranger to golf course ownership, allready owning a 14 square kilometre resort development in Guangzhou which includes two 27 hole championship courses.

Alert Propety Group is currently marketing a number of golf courses in Queensland.
